It calculates your TDEE from your stats and goal, sets protein, carb, and fat targets that match the training phase, then generates a 7-day meal plan around those targets. When your training changes — a heavy week, a deload, a skipped session — the nutrition plan adjusts with it.

Photo logging exists for the days you just want to snap and move on. The AI estimates macros with a confidence score. You accept, adjust, or override. Nothing is hidden.
